The MCARC bylaws govern the operation of the club, including membership requirements, officer elections, meeting procedures, and financial management.

Key Provisions

• Membership — Open to all persons interested in amateur radio
• Meetings — Held on the 2nd Saturday of each month
• Officers — President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer elected annually
• Dues — Annual membership dues as set by the membership
• Amendments — Bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 vote of members present at a regular meeting with prior notice
