VE License Testing

MCARC's ARRL-accredited Volunteer Examiners offer amateur radio license exams for all three license classes: Technician, General, and Amateur Extra.

What to Bring

• ● Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
• ● FCC Registration Number (FRN) — get yours free at fcc.gov/cores
• ● $15 exam fee (cash or check)
• ● Current license (if upgrading — original and a copy)
• ● Calculator (non-programmable) and pencils provided
